How to make churros
Formulation 1: (for your reference)
Low-gluten flour 400g, water 250ml, milk 150ml, salad oil (canola oil) 40g, butter 20g, sugar 30g (3 tablespoons), 1 spoon of salt, 3 eggs (cost is about 8 pieces, can do 15 or so) Latin fruit)

Operation method and sequence:
1. Add the water in the formula, milk, butter, sugar and salt to boil.
2. Add the flour to the pot in one go and stir it in the same direction with a wooden spoon until there is no white spot. Pour it out, cool it for a while and then rub it with a hand (or a blender) to smooth the dough and let it cool.
3. In 3 times, put 3 eggs into the flour and mix with the flour until the mixture is even. (Because the dough for adding 3 eggs at a time will be too soft).
4. Add the oil temperature inside the fryer to 200 degrees, put the stirred dough into the barrel of the Latin fruit, press it out, and cut it into the desired length with a knife or scissors (when cutting, hold the front with your hand, The length itself can be grasped, and the Latin fruit of different shapes can also be made by hand, and then put into the oil and fried to golden color, and the oil can be bagged and decorated after being filtered out. Remember: the oil must be 200 degrees, otherwise it will break.
