Rotisserie operation method steps
1. The stove is equipped with temperature control switch, rotary switch and lighting switch.
1) Temperature control switch: used to adjust heating temperature;
2) Rotary switch: used to control the rotation of the shaft;
3) Lighting switch: used to control the lamp in the furnace.
2. The stove is composed of three groups of electric heating tubes, and the temperature controller on the control panel controls the electric heating tube of the whole stove.
3. When the power is connected, the power indicator is on. Turn the temperature control knob on the control panel clockwise to the required temperature value. The heating indicator light is on and the electric heating tube works. When the temperature rises to the required temperature, the temperature controller can automatically cut off the power supply, the heating indicator light goes out, and the electric heating tube stops working. When the temperature drops slightly, the temperature controller can automatically turn on the power supply, the heating indicator light will be on, and the electric heating tube will work again. This cycle is repeated to ensure that the temperature is constant within the set range.
4. When barbecue food, the temperature in the oven should be controlled below 300 ℃, and the air should be kept clean by reducing pressure and small oil fume.
5. The front and rear of the furnace body are special temperature resistant glass. The temperature is higher in use, so it is necessary to prevent water splashing from cracking due to cold.
6. Press the rotary switch, the crane in the furnace starts to rotate, and its rotation direction has been adjusted when leaving the factory. If the motor rotates and the hanging basket reverses during the maintenance, the power line of the introduced motor can be adjusted and connected.
7. The weight of the six baskets in the inner chamber should be basically balanced in order to rotate smoothly.
8. The chamber is equipped with a lamp, which is controlled by a lighting switch.
9. You can press the rotary switch to realize the rotary barbecue function, and turn off the rotary switch when not in use. Reminder: during barbecue

10. There is an oil basin at the bottom of the furnace, the oil content should not exceed 1 / 2 of the height of the oil basin, and should be cleaned up in time.
