HM200 horizontal flour mixer
1. Production of high-quality dough:
(1) horizontal water-cooling and dough machine adopts Y-shaped mixing wing, and there are many continuous operations such as lifting, beating, folding, kneading, pressing and pulling during dough mixing, so as to reduce the damage of gluten and facilitate the formation of gluten network. (2) During the process of surface mixing, the cylinder block can be cooled.
2. The mixing time is 4-6 min.
3. Simple operation: the operation panel adopts human-machine touch screen interface and PLC control.
4. The drive system adopts multi row chain drive, and automatic oil lubrication, durable.
5. Two sets of lubricating oil pumps are installed to automatically add oil to the places needing lubrication to ensure long-term use.
6. Reduce labor intensity: the mixer can be equipped with quantitative water adding and automatic flour adding system. After the dough is well blended, the dough cylinder is turned over and the dough is automatically thrown out of the cylinder block.
7. Cleaning and hygiene: 304 stainless steel is used in contact with food, no dead corner, easy to clean.
