Working principles
The Bread crumbs making machine consists of three layers of knives.The first layer of knives contains two series of flat knives which cut the loaf bread into sheets.The second layer of knives are composed of 8 pieces slope knives spread evenly on the main axis which cut the bread sheets into strips.When the bread strips come down to the third layer knives,owing to the coordination 24 pieces of teeth cutter and different specifications of sieve net,the bread strips are made into different sizes.
Application
The finished bread crumb also be called breading or crispies, it is sliced residue of dry bread, and widely be used for breading or crumbing foods, topping casseroles, stuffing poultry, thickening stews, adding inexpensive bulk to soups, meatloaves and similar foods, and making a crisp and crunchy covering for fried foods, especially breaded cutlets like tonkatsu and schnitzel, the japanese variety of bread crumbs is called panko.
